By using hellosparkgrowth.com you accept what is written here. If you do not, please do not use the site. These terms apply to this website only.

This matters more than anything else on this page, so it is first.

Spark Growth publishes educational content about mental health, anxiety and the nervous system. It is not therapy, not diagnosis, not treatment, and not a substitute for a qualified professional. We are not doctors, therapists or licensed clinicians, and nothing we publish creates a clinical relationship between us and you.

Do not delay seeking professional help because of something you read or watched here. If you are in crisis, our Support page lists crisis lines by country. If you are in immediate danger, call your local emergency number.

Everything on this site, including the writing, the videos, the ebooks and the design, is ours and is protected by copyright.

You may read it, share links to it, quote short passages with credit, and use what you learn in your own life however you want.

Please do not republish our content as your own, re-upload our videos, resell or redistribute our ebooks, or use our work to train a model without asking. If you want to use something and are not sure, ask us. We are reasonable.

Our shop and our ebooks are sold and delivered through Fourthwall, not by us directly. When you buy, you enter into a transaction with them, and their terms, payment handling, delivery and refund policy apply to it. We never see or store your card details.

For anything wrong with an order, contact Fourthwall first. If that goes nowhere, email us and we will help.

Our Books page uses Amazon Associates links. If you buy through them we earn a small commission, at no extra cost to you. We only recommend books we would recommend anyway, and a commission has never decided what goes on that list.

Our videos live on YouTube, and we post on Instagram. Those are governed by Google's and Meta's terms, not ours. We do not control those platforms, their recommendations or their comment sections.

We publish this site as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, that every link works, or that any particular result will follow from reading it. We try hard to be accurate and we will fix mistakes when we find them, but we cannot promise perfection.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits any right you have that cannot legally be limited, including consumer rights under EU and Portuguese law.

What we collect and why is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the law of Portugal, and the Portuguese courts have jurisdiction over any dispute. If you are a consumer elsewhere in the EU, you keep the protections of your own country's law.
